Refund Policy

Before work starts

Refunds can be requested before the live coaching session or VOD review has started. Please contact Danny as soon as possible through Discord or email.

After delivery

Once a live session is completed or a VOD review has been delivered, refunds are normally not available because the coaching service has already been provided.

If Danny cannot deliver

If Danny cannot deliver the service, the customer can receive a refund or reschedule for another suitable time.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, contact Danny before the planned session time. Rescheduling is usually preferred when both sides can find another time.
