Terms for online Wild Rift coaching, League of Legends coaching, VOD reviews, payments, scheduling, and refunds.
Introduction
These Terms & Conditions apply when you use WildRiftCoaching.com, contact Danny, book coaching, request a VOD review, or purchase an online coaching service.
Services Offered
WildRiftCoaching.com offers online esports coaching, VOD review, 1-on-1 coaching, and coaching bundles for Wild Rift and League of Legends. The goal is to help players understand decision-making, macro, mechanics, champion pool choices, and ranked habits.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. Prices are displayed mainly in EUR, with approximate USD equivalents when shown. Payment confirms your booking request, but scheduling still depends on availability and communication after payment.
Booking and Scheduling
After payment, the customer must send their Discord username and any required gameplay video, replay link, or coaching details so the session or review can be scheduled. Danny will work with you to find a suitable time for live coaching or collect the information needed for a VOD review.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds may be requested before the coaching session has started or before the VOD review has been delivered. Once a live coaching session has been completed, or once a VOD review has been delivered, refunds are normally not available. If WildRiftCoaching.com cannot deliver the service, the customer may receive a refund or reschedule. Missed sessions caused by the customer may not be refundable, but rescheduling may be offered at Danny's discretion.
No Guaranteed Results
Coaching provides advice, analysis, and improvement guidance, but it does not guarantee a rank increase, win rate increase, promotion, or specific in-game result. Many customers improve after applying the feedback, but results vary depending on practice, consistency, mindset, starting level, coaching hours and how they apply the coaching advice.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers should provide accurate contact details, Discord username, gameplay materials when needed, and enough context about their rank, role, champion pool, and goals for Danny to deliver the service properly.
Acceptable Behaviour
Coaching should stay respectful and focused. Abusive, offensive, threatening, or disrespectful behaviour may lead to cancellation without refund.
